Data residency
All customer and operational data is processed and stored within the European Union. We do not move it outside the EU.
Isolated environment
OptiSight gives every customer their own isolated database. Your operational data is never mixed with another customer's.
Your data stays yours
Your operational data is used to run your operations. It is never used to train models for other customers or for general-purpose use.
Compliant
We handle personal data in line with GDPR. This describes how we operate, not a certification.
How we handle your data
A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request for customers who need one.

Retention periods for the data we hold are described in our Privacy Policy.
GDPR certification under Article 42 only ever covers specific processing operations, never a whole organization, so we describe how we operate rather than claim a certificate.
NIS2 supply-chain support
Our customers in air transport are essential entities under NIS2, with supply-chain security obligations that extend to their suppliers. We are built to support those obligations and to answer supplier security assessments.
