OptiSight

One operational picture instead of four systems.

Scheduled jobs pull every source into one semantic database per tenant, annotated so a model can read it as well as a person can. Nothing you already own gets ripped out.

Connected sources
ONE PICTURE
AODB synced 2m ago flights, stands, times
Rostering and HR synced 40s ago shifts, skills, contracts
GSE telematics synced 5m ago position, availability
OptiTrack live field events
Shift spreadsheet 3 days old manual overrides
one database per tenant
stale source flagged, job re-run queued
The problem

Every system holds a piece of the truth

Nothing above the data layer can be better than the data underneath it. These are the conditions OptiSight is built to remove.

  • Systems that don't agree

The AODB, the roster, telematics and a spreadsheet each describe the same shift, and each describes it differently.

  • Stale, manually refreshed data

A dataset refreshed by someone remembering to run something is stale exactly when it matters.

  • Reports nobody can reconcile

The contract asks for one format, each system exports another, and someone rebuilds the report by hand every month.

  • A language model that guesses

Point a model at raw tables and it has no way of knowing what a column means, so it guesses, confidently and wrongly.

What goes in

The systems you already run

External sources

AODB, Veovo, Deep Turnaround, digital twin, rostering and HR, ERP, GSE telematics, building management, baggage (BRS).

Our own capture

Everything OptiTrack records on the floor lands in the same database, next to the external sources.

Kept current by scheduled jobs

Sources are pulled on a schedule, so nobody has to remember to refresh anything.

One database per tenant

Every customer's operational data lives in its own environment, not a shared pool.

What comes out

Charts, analyses, reports, questions

Charts

KPI boards and trends over the joined data, per site, team and shift.

Analyses

Plan against actual, built from the same definitions every time.

Reports

Scheduled, in the format the contract asks for.

Questions in plain language

Because the data carries its meaning, a question resolves against a known definition rather than an improvisation.
