About Optimum Intelligence

A Budapest team building live operational systems for airports and ground handling, cleaning and maintenance, facility management, and logistics.

Built in Budapest, with a research partnership at BME.

Who we are

Mathematics for the decision, language for the people using it.

We are a small founding team of mathematicians, operations researchers, data scientists, software engineers and domain specialists. Our mathematicians come from the Budapest University of Technology (BME), where we keep a research partnership. We build one stack of four layers, and we sell it one layer at a time.

The stack

Track · OptiTrack → Understand · OptiSight → Manage · OptiCheck → Optimize · erdosP-3

Where we work

Airports and ground handling first. Then cleaning and maintenance, facility management, and goods distribution.

How we build

The principles behind every layer of the stack.

01

Our own solver

erdosP-3 holds the domain's constraints. A language model writes the constraints from what you say, and the solver does the math. Language models cannot do arithmetic reliably, so we do not ask them to.

02

Each layer stands on its own

Track, Understand, Manage and Optimize are each useful without the layer above them. A client who starts with capture and stops there is still a client.

03

A record, not a report

What happened on the floor is captured where it happened. The plan gets compared with that record, and the record feeds the next plan.

04

Both UI and chat

People run operations through screens all day, so the screens have to be good. Chat sits on top of them and does not replace them.

05

Open to people and to software

Databases are annotated so a model can read them. Endpoints and the solver are exposed over MCP, and there is no per-seat licence on the solver.

06

Constraint knowledge is the asset

Domain specialists encode how the operation actually runs: rest rules, licences, walking times, contract windows. That knowledge is the part that is hard to copy.

Tell us which side of the contract you are on

If you buy the service, we start with verification. If you run the operation, we start with your plan.
